Necrovi is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency in the following cases:
Treatment of iron deficiency anemia in patients with kidney disease: for patients on regular dialysis, not on regular dialysis, or on peritoneal dialysis.
Treatment of iron deficiency when rapid iron supplementation is necessary.
For patients who require iron supplementation but cannot take oral iron, are non-compliant with oral iron therapy, or have inflammatory bowel disease where oral iron is ineffective.
